机器人单元AGV卸载站重启防护
The object of this analysis is the robot cell AGV Unloading station on Restart Prevention.

Due to the introduction of AGV, there is no longer manual reset confirmation of the presence of personnel in the hazardous area not only in initial start up but also in each cycle at AGV enter and exit, a safety restart prevention solution is needed.

It is required to detect if there are persons present in the dangerous area before the equipment restarts to provide the safety function of Restart Prevention.

2.1 Solution 1 方案 1
The solution includes 8pz S203A-W safety radar sensors and 2pz C201A-PNS control unit. ( C203 series control units have Digital I/O and USB interface as basic configuration. C202 series have Ethernet(MODBUS) interface for remote access and configuration. C201 series have PROFIsafe or FSoE interface to connect with the user's safe PLC ).

Dynamic Configuration 1: Restart Prevention before start up 动态配置1:机器人启动

All the radar sensors are working in the Restart Prevention mode, and the equipment is allowed to start after no personnel are detected for 4 seconds.
所有雷达传感器都工作在重启防护工作模式,连续4秒钟检测不到人员存在后允许设备启动。
When the device is initially started, the radar system defaults to working in the restart prevention state (dynamic configuration 1). At this time, the radar sensor detection area covers all risk areas internal to mechanical fences and safety light curtains etc. When all safety radar sensors do not detect the presence of personnel or other moving targets, the safety radar system outputs a normal signal, At this point, if all safety door switches and access detection sensors such as safety light curtain are in the common state, the radar system switches to the muting state, allowing the transport robot to start.
设备初次启动时,雷达系统默认工作在重启防护状态(动态配置1),此时雷达传感器检测区域覆盖机械围栏和安全光栅等限定的所有风险区域,当所有安全雷达传感器都未检测到人员存在和其它运动目标后,安全雷达系统输出正常信号,此时如果所有安全门开关和安全光栅等侵入防护传感器都处于关闭状态,则雷达系统切换到静音状态,允许搬运机器人启动。
During the automatic operation of the device, every safety radar muting function enabled or disabled was controlled by the safety PLC program. Legally open and close the shutter doors on a certain station. After the safety radar in the relevant area confirms that no personnel is present, the robot is allowed to continue working on this station.

3. Safety distance according to ISO 13855:2010

The correct position of each sensor and the validity of the suggested solution must be evaluated and tested on the field.
